In the rare case of an issue:

• Returns, replacements, or refunds are accepted only for damaged or incorrect items
• An unboxing video is mandatory to raise a request
• The request must be made within 24 hours of delivery

Once approved, a replacement or refund to the original payment method will be processed within 5–7 working days.

For hygiene and quality reasons, we do not accept returns for reasons such as change of mind, styling preference, or normal wear and tear.

However, to keep its shine and plating looking new for longer:

• Avoid prolonged exposure to water (showers, swimming, heavy sweat)
• Keep away from perfumes, sprays, and harsh chemicals
• Store in a soft pouch when not in use
• Wipe gently with a soft cloth after wearing
