Shipping policy

We process and ship all orders within 2–3 business days of receiving your payment. If there is any delay in processing your order, we will notify you by email. Delivery timelines within India typically range from 3–7 business days after dispatch, depending on your location and courier availability. Please allow at least 10 days from the dispatch date before raising a delivery concern, as delays may occur due to postal services, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances. We currently ship only within India.

For orders below Rs 1999/- a standard shipping fee will apply (displayed at checkout)

All shipments are sent to the address provided at checkout. Please ensure that your shipping details are accurate and complete. If you realize your address is incorrect, contact us immediately. If your order has not yet shipped, we can update it; however, once it has been dispatched, the address cannot be changed. Packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer cannot be refunded. If a package is returned to us due to an incomplete or incorrect address, we can either refund the cost of the products (excluding shipping charges) or reship the package once you cover the additional shipping fee.
